- Prices exclude tax. Figures marked “incl. tax” include 10% Japanese consumption tax.
- Contract terms are set out in the terms of service, and the seller information, payment timing and cancellation rules in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice (both in Japanese).
- Monthly closing. Unused triggers do not carry over to the next month.
- Payment is by credit card (Stripe, billed monthly). Invoice-based bank transfer is available only for separately agreed optional charges and other cases we approve, such as volume or long-term contracts.
- You can check your trigger count (usage) in the dashboard at any time.
Bigger response than expected? It keeps running
If a campaign takes off beyond your forecast, delivery never stops. Usage beyond your blocks is simply billed automatically in additional 10,000-trigger (¥30,000 excl. tax) blocks — no action needed on your side. If you can already see volumes above 100k triggers per month, contact us for a quote scaled to your plans. Volume pricing is quoted in advance and cannot be applied retroactively to usage that has already occurred.

Common questions about pricing
What exactly counts as one trigger?
One trigger is counted when a user's smartphone recognizes a registered sound once. It is counted by recognitions on the phone, not by how many times you play the sound.
Repeated recognition of the same sound is not double-counted within 60 seconds. Even in environments where a commercial or BGM loops, you will not be billed twice (recognizing a different registered sound in between resets the window).
What happens if I exceed 10,000 triggers during the free trial?
Usage beyond the free quota (10,000 total triggers) incurs overage charges based on our price list. You can check your usage in the dashboard at any time, and cancel if you do not wish to continue with paid use.
Can I use the trial for a real event or campaign?
The free trial is intended for validation purposes such as functionality checks and internal evaluation. For production use in real events and campaigns, a Basic plan contract is required.
If a production date is set during your trial, your validation environment carries over as-is. Feel free to consult us even on short timelines.
How is my invoice calculated?
Closing is monthly, based on the number of 10,000-trigger blocks used that month. For example, 15,000 triggers in a month is 2 blocks = ¥60,000 (excl. tax). The stair-step structure keeps the invoice easy to forecast.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is by credit card (Stripe, billed monthly). Invoice-based bank transfer is available only for separately agreed optional charges and other cases we approve, such as volume or long-term contracts.
